This site belongs to Voxcon AI LLC, a New Jersey company. We keep this short because we collect very little.
What we collect
If you use the form, we store what you type: your name, company, email, phone (if you give it), the systems you run, your questions, who referred you, and whether your records must stay on your own servers. We also store the page you sent it from, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to block spam. Please don't include personal information about employees, customers or patients in your questions.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare in the United States and emailed to Sal Romano through Google Workspace. We use them only to reply to you and keep track of the conversation. We do not sell or rent your information, we share it only with the providers that host this site and deliver our email, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare, which hosts the site and protects it from abuse, may set technical cookies described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request for the font files.
Client records
When we work with a client, their ERP, accounting and other systems stay where they are, and we connect to them read-only through a login the client controls. What is sent to Anthropic, through the client’s own business Claude account, to answer a question (the question, the names of the tables and fields involved, our written definitions, the queries Claude writes and the rows those queries return) is described in each engagement agreement, and we show clients exactly what is sent.
Your choices
Email sal@voxcon.ai to see, correct, or delete anything you sent us. We will do it within a few business days.
